︎HOW WE MAKE THEM?

FIRST WE BREW OUR TEA, USING ALL SORTS OF ALL-NATURAL INGREDIENTS. THEN WE ADD OUR SCOBY (OR 'SYMBIOTIC CULTURE OF BACTERIA AND YEAST'). THEY HANG OUT TOGETHER AND FERMENT; CREATING HEALTHY PROBIOTICS AND A FEW BUBBLES. WE THEN FERMENT OUR BREW WITH A SPECIAL YEAST AND SUGAR UNTIL IT REACHES 6% VOL. WITH A FEW MORE BUBBLES. IT FINALLY TURNS INTO OUR REFRESHING, EASY-DRINKING, VERY-GOOD-TASTING KOMBUCHA.
